Passed away surrounded by his loving family on May 5, 2019 at the age of 82 years. Loving husband to Jean (nee Hanna), with whom he celebrated 62 years of marriage. Beloved father to Debra (Douglas) Ballance, Lori (Robert) Zaccagnini, Lisa (Steve) Lesperance. Adored grandpa to Caitlin, Jonathan and Travis Ballance, Shannon (Kyle) Hetherington, late Cheryl Cooper (2011), Shawn, Jenna (Trevor) and Nicole Lesperance. Dear son of the late William and Jean Harper. Loved brother to the late William Harper.

Colin will be missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and his extended family in Scotland, England and Australia. Colin was a Systems Manager for Chrysler Canada retiring at the age of 55. He had a passion for flying, obtaining his private pilot’s license, loved tennis, aerobics, travelling with his wife Jean and spending precious time babysitting his seven grandchildren.
