While in the loving care of her family on May 5, 2019 at 80 years of age. Beloved Wife of 44 years to the late Nello (2007). Cherished mother of Vilma and husband Len Meloche, Nando Polesel of North Vancouver. Loving Nonna of Luke and Robert. Dear sister of Teresina and husband Sergio Bortolin, Elena Zaia, Felice Modolo, Onelio Modolo, Luigino Modolo of Switzerland, pre-deceased by Aurelio, Francesco and Pietro Modolo, all of Italy. Sister-in-law of the late Pietro Polesel and the late Valeria, wife of Lino DelTedesco. Dear Aunt of Monica, Enrico, Walter, Oriana, Ivano, Luca, Luciano, Lara and many other nieces and nephews.

Wednesday May 8, 2019 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A celebration of Connie’s life will be held on Thursday May 9th at 11:30am at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre 1065 Lauzon Ave. East Windsor (519-969-5841) Entombment, Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
