After a final day with her son Randy, Dorothy peacefully passed on February 26, 2019 at 97 years of age. Loving wife of the late Lloyd Watkins (2000). Beloved and devoted mother of Lloyd Randall Watkins of Windsor, and Raymond Richard Watkins of Edmonton, Alberta. Cherished grandmother of Aaron, Kyle and Quentin. Dear sister of Laura Jean Heron of Chicago. Treasured Aunt Dot to many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Dorothy had a host of friends, one of the dearest being Audrey and the late George Jeannotte.

Dorothy was a strong and independent woman, who lived on her own until her 96th year. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. Dorothy had a deep sense of faith and prayer and was blessed with a happy and prosperous life. She will be sorely missed. Her quick wit, sage advice and one-liners will be forever remembered.
