Passed away peacefully, with family by his side on April 19, 2019 at 95 years of age. Predeceased by his beloved wives Bettie Gordon (1986) and Betty Barlow (2017). Loving dad of Cathi McDougall, the late Linda Martin (Wayne), Brent Gordon, Bettie Kerr (Lloyd), and Barbara McMurdie (Gerry). Dear “Pops” of Noel, Patti, Paige, Austyn, Megan, James, Jacklynn, Sean and Bradley. Loving “Great-Pops” of Jorden, Korey, Kira, Ally and Baby-to-be Grayson and “Great-Great-Pops” of Bennett. Dear step-father of Derek, Greg, Brian, Grant and Susan. Doug was a retired employee of Ford Motor Company and a member of the Windsor Kiwanis Club.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 Interment Victoria Memorial Gardens.
