We were shocked and saddened by the passing of one of the Brocoy family's oldest friends, Fely. We mourn the loss of one of the original pillars of the Windsor Filipino community. We pray for the repose of Fely's soul and for strength for the Villas and Balagot families. Sad and still shocked by the news of Fely’s passing. She was always there to extend a helping hand to our family when we needed it most in any way she can. The love and care she extended to our family, especially to my Ate Stella, are always remembered. Our prayers and heartfelt condolences for Rene, their families and those who loved Fely.
