It is with great sadness that Jay has left this earth. Our memories of Jay was he was a happy go lucky guy. The burdens we carry throughout our lives weigh on all of us in different ways. He is at peace now. RIP Jay

So sad to hear about Jay, he was a big part of my families life for many many years! Jay we will miss the Jay that we once knew:( may you be at peace now and always look down on your son Jaxon, he always talked about you if you only knew :(
