Peacefully at home, after a lengthy battle with cancer, on March 6, 2019 at 65 years of age. Beloved wife of 43 years to Larry. Loving and devoted mother of the late Tim (2004), Lana (Jason) Baker, and Pamela (Ian) Glassford. Cherished grandma to Teagan, Gwyneth, Phoebe, and Chloe. Dear daughter of the late Virgil and Gertrude Collard and daughter-in-law of the late Roger and Adrienne Devos. Treasured sister of the late Shirley Straud, late Marilyn Cleek, Elaine Friars, late Richard Collard, and Jane Collard. Dearest sister-in-law to Patti Turner. Joyce will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Joyce was retired after many years of working at St. Clair College.
