On Tuesday April 23rd, the world lost an amazing human being. He went peacefully with his family by his side. At the age of 86, he accomplished so much. He was absolutely adored by his entire family. Cherished husband and soulmate of Maria (Zina). Loving father of Mary and husband Don Spurr, Fran and husband Mike Turnbull, Frank and wife Linda Soresi, Enza and husband Marc Robichaud. Proud Nonno of Jeff Spurr, Melissa Spurr (Keith Kehoe), Kristin Turnbull (Matt Meloche), Matthew Turnbull, Lenny Soresi, Jennifer Soresi, Rachel Robichaud, Gabrielle Robichaud, Kaitlynn Soresi, Christopher Soresi and great grandson Brayden. Dear brother of Salvatore Soresi (Sarina), Enza Motisi (late Girolamo), Fina Frisella (Fillip), Frank Soresi (Delia) and brother-in-law of Phillip Galifi (Giuseppina). He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Leo retired from Chrysler and had his beloved plaza that he kept “beautiful like a little church”. He enjoyed travelling and spending his winters in Acapulco and summers at Wildwood. He was always surrounded by his family and friends. He had so many close friends that he carried a special bond with and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Special thanks to the ICU staff of Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus for their dedicated care and compassion.
