Passed away with his family by his side on April 18, 2019 at 81 years of age. Beloved husband of Gail (nee Oles) for 57 years. Cherished father of Tammy (Bob) Ouellette, Stacy (Dennis) Fowler and Jodi (John) Wilson. Loving Papa of Jennifer (Mick), Carrie (Steve), Rob (Erin), Katie (Brad), Nicole (George), Ryan, Zachery, Mackenzie and great Papa of Alyssa, Carlee, Tyler, Andrew, Jackson, Brooks, Wyatt, Madison, Abigail, Olivia, and great great Papa of Theodore. Dear brother of Shirley (Ron) and Reta (Joe). Best friend of Tom (late Judy) Solovy. Vic will be sadly missed by his extended family and dear friends.
